The finely brought you mashed potatoes and deep fried chicken, which was empty within seconds. The kids vigorously demanded to go eat somewhere else, so part of us went to McDonald’s while the rest went to the restaurant when it had calmed down at around 7pm, the buffet was completely empty and the kitchen clearly couldn’t keep up refilling, we got some salad, waited a while for the dressing and then sat there 40 min waiting for food, there was a line up of people just standing at the buffet waiting for food by that time.
After about an hour we realized the reason for the cooler temperatures was due to people walking in and out every couple minutes (from outside with outside shoes!!) the floors were soon covered in sand and mud were we had to walk through barefoot! The bathrooms were an absolute disaster!!! It was so unbelievably disgusting that I’d rather walk all the way to the room to use the bathroom then going there! There were towels all over the floor, in the stalls, in the shower, on the countertops beside the sink,everywhere!! You can tell the staff is not motivated or eager in any way to keep this place maintained! We left the water park around 4 pm to get ready for dinner, that’s when we noticed a huge lineup in front of the restaurant and figured it would be very full. Walking in we were surprised how cool it was and how full! But it was Saturday and there were a lot of kids parties going on. Saturday morning breakfast was a big disappointment, everything was over cooked, over baked and over fried, but we ate whatever was somewhat enjoyable and went to the water park again.
Friday evening was fish buffet which was ok. We really enjoyed the very warm temperatures in the water park, so the kids were not freezing when they were wet. Everything was clean and smelled brand new. Besides the very unfriendly front desk girls at check in time we had a great start off, enjoyed the water park and loved our rooms. We stayed here for a weekend November 16-18, 2019 with family and friends to enjoy the water park and celebrate our kids birthday.
